The steps below detail how to process returns through PROSALE. You can return an order that is paid, pending pickup, or complete.
To begin, log in to PROSALE and locate the applicable sale under Ongoing Sales. Click the edit Pencil.
To access a ticket, locate the Shopping Cart icon and click it.
You will see a list of tickets for the sale. Select the arrows icon on the left of the ticket you need.
Select the Return Quantity of the line items in the ticket that you wish to return and refund, enter the PAYMENT METHOD you wish to use to refund the money, enter NOTES detailing the reason, and lastly PROCESS RETURN.
NOTE:
- If you ARE using our Worldpay payment integrated iSMP4 terminals, you can select Credit, choose the terminal, swipe or manually enter the card into the terminal, and proceed with the refund.
- If you are NOT using our Worldpay payment integrated iSMP4 terminals, you will have to choose Credit to record the refund, go into Worldpay IQ portal, and issue the refund.
- If you any other payment processor, you will have to choose Credit to record the refund and process it outside of our system.
If you view the ticket again, you will see a history of that return.
