We would like to discuss a couple of the new features PROSALE is offering this week.
The first thing we would like to share today is the new ticket lookup feature. At times, it can be a challenge to locate a ticket from a transaction that occurred online when you have ten (10) sales going on at one time. Well, not anymore... Now you can simply lookup sale transactions from the main ongoing sale screen. Select Sales from the main navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen. Then choose "Ongoing Sales". Below the table of ongoing sales is now a list of all your sales transactions in a ticket table. This ticket table shows your transaction across your whole company and all sales. You can simply search for tickets based on status or customer name. You can also sort that table to better view your sales. This table allows you to view and print pick tickets so you can prep your customer's purchases for pickup easily from one screen.
Second, let's start marketing... The email campaigns under the marketing section are not helpful unless you have people to market to. Of course, anyone who buys anything from you in your online store is automatically put into your customer list, but now you can upload your own list that you have been working so hard to grow. Simply click other options and choose "Import Customers". We have a template that you can download so you know how to format your list and then simply select your document and click "Submit". You will get an email notification when the upload is complete. You will be ready to invite your customers out to a sale, share a promotion, or even just provide general updates in no time!
The last note I will leave you with is that time is money and high-quality photos take time. This means that very large robust photos will take slightly longer to upload and save into the system. You can save yourself lots of time by downgrading the quality of your photos within your photo app on your phone or tablet. Do not worry about what this will look like. Even lower quality photos on today's devices are beautiful and full of detail!
