Good morning!
We have a lot of exciting news to share with you today so we will cut right to the chase.
1) Square Payments Integration
2) Inventory Search & Quick Lookup – Click and scan
3) Creating New Inventory Photo Requirement
4) Email Campaign Recipients
5) Reporting
1) Square Payments Integration
We have established an integration with the most widely used credit card processing provider in the estate sale industry through the new Wi-Fi enabled Square Terminal. Our integration has been created and approved which means you can now use Square within our point of sale to have prompted payments. This means faster speed at checkout and prompted payments to the terminal, so you don’t have to worry about collecting the wrong credit card amount at checkout. One important note, you do have to have the Square Terminal (Click Here to Purchase) for this to work, but no other square hardware is required.
If you are not currently using square, but you would like to start using them, you can sign up HERE.

2) Inventory Search & Quick Lookup – Click and Scan
Sometimes it can be hard to lookup a piece of inventory if you do not know which client sale it belongs to, but with our barcoded labels it is simple. We have added an “Inventory Search” option under the “Sales” section of the system menu. When you click Inventory Search you will see all your inventory across all your active client sales. Here you can search by name or category, but there is also a Lookup - “Click and Scan” option to simply scan the barcode on the label. This will take you straight to the item where you can edit any of the details and reprint a label if you would like.
3) Creating New Inventory Photo Requirement
PROSALE no longer requires you to take a photo when creating a new inventory item within a client sale. You can simply skip taking/uploading a photo and our system will automatically assign a placeholder to the item so you can skip this step all together if you decide that photos are not important for your application of the PROSALE system.
4) Email Campaign Recipients
Sometimes you need more than a system assigned person to receive an email campaign that goes out from the Email Campaigns found under the Sale Dashboard. For example, if you are running multiple online sales at one time with pickup dates that overlap across multiple sale locations, then you probably have multiple people working. One person picking orders and managing pickups at each location. In this case, you can now assign another individual per location to receive e-commerce sale notifications without logging into the system by copying them on the customer email order confirmation. Simply input the individual’s email in the “BCC” line for the email campaign and they will receive a copy too.
5) Reporting
We had several companies let us know that the Sale Summary Report was not giving the information needed in that report type. There was also quite a bit of confusion around what each column meant. We have adjusted this report to provide more usable content. We have also written a knowledge base article that explains the report and the meaning behind each column. Please check it out by going to the following link: https://support.prosale.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047135451-Sales-Summary
We hope this information is helpful for you and your business!
All the best,
