Our team has been hard at work developing the "One-Click Settlement" process. This includes Expense Tracking, Commission Splits, and Finders Fees that are used to generate a Finalization Worksheet used to settle out with your client!
Yes, this means that you can now enter expenses, commissions, and finders fee items and PROSALE will give you a settlement statement when the sale is over. Just click "View Finalization Worksheet" from the "Overview" tab on the sale dashboard. This will generate a settlement statement that will tell you exactly what you owe your client in just seconds. You can see an example of this at the bottom of this email. Also, below you will find links to the knowledgebase articles for Expenses Tracking, Commission Management, and how to generate the Finalization Worksheet. This release also includes a new expense report and commission report within the Reports Dashboard if you would like to dive further into the Finalization Worksheet details.
