Barcode Scanner:  Why is my barcode scanner not reading?

• It must be used on Ongoing and Upcoming sales.  It will NOT work on the POS for Prospects.
• Your scanner should only be paired with one tablet at a time.  Be sure it is paired with the tablet you are actively using,

Barcode Printing:  Why is my printer feeding out a lot of blank labels?

• Connecting to a new device, or Resetting your printer to Default Settings, and repairing the printer to your device causes extra labels to feed and a Bluetooth pairing code to print.  You can reroll and use these.  You will need to tear off the one label width blank spot when you get to it.
• Turning your printer off/on should not cause additional labels when restarting.
• Turning your tablet off/on should not cause additional labels when restarting.
