Connect Scanner || Scanner Not Working

Are you having trouble with your scanner?

If so, please first make sure it is connected to your device via Bluetooth or USB cable. As long as you are able to connect the scanner to your device and scan a barcode to print characters onto a blank document, it will work with our system. 

Please make sure the scanner is connected to your device and then test it by following these simple steps. 

1. Open a blank document
2. Select the document to put the cursor on the document
3. Scan any barcode and make sure it prints text inside the blank document

If these three steps result in an alphanumeric code inside the document, you know it is working. This means it will also work for scanning barcodes into the PROSALE system. If this does not work, you should either make sure it is connected properly or order a new "HUD" scanner. I will recommend two below. 

The first one is less expensive and works pretty well, but the second one works better with a slightly higher price tag.
